This Privacy Notice explains how WazirSolution handles personal information submitted through the Vendor Registration portal.
1. Data controller and contact
WazirSolution is the controller of the information collected through this portal. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@wazirsolution.com.
2. Information collected
We collect company and contact details, including the legal company name, CR number, official email, telephone number, contact person, and owner status. We also collect the documents required for vendor-code registration, which may include certificates, company profile, owner ID, and bank or IBAN letter.
3. Purpose and basis for processing
We use this information to receive, assess, organise, and respond to vendor-interest registrations. Processing is based on the authorised applicant’s request and consent confirmed when the form is submitted. If you request guidance, WazirSolution may communicate through the contact channels you provide, including WhatsApp when you choose to use that option.
4. Sharing and recipients
Your application stays under WazirSolution’s control. WazirSolution does not share applications or uploaded documents with the directory company selected in the form or with other external business partners.
5. Storage and security
Applications are stored in WazirSolution’s managed WordPress hosting environment. Uploaded documents are kept outside the public media library and are available only to authorised WazirSolution administrators. Technical hosting and security providers may process information solely to operate and protect the website under WazirSolution’s instructions.
6. Retention and deletion
WazirSolution retains application records and documents for 12 months after the application is closed, then deletes them unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing contractual matter.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing, by emailing info@wazirsolution.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed before the request.
8. WhatsApp guidance
WhatsApp is for guidance only. Do not send identity documents, bank letters, certificates, or other registration documents through WhatsApp; use the secure registration portal for those files.
9. Changes to this notice
WazirSolution may update this notice when its services or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page.
